No Refund After Digital Access
Once digital access, premium access, Elite access, reports, insights, or paid features are activated or delivered, payments are non-refundable. By purchasing digital access, the user understands that the service may be delivered immediately.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only for duplicate payment, failed transaction where access was not provided, wrong amount charged due to a verified technical error, or any refund required by applicable law or payment platform rules.
No Refund for Outcomes
Refunds will not be provided because a user did not make profit, a goal was not achieved, a projection differed from actual market performance, the user disagrees with analytics or AI output, or the user changed their mind after access was delivered.
